The Foundations Program consists of 4 modules with 4 subtopics per module:
The “Foundations of U.S. Corporate Law & Practice” module covers basic U.S. business law:
- Business Associations
- Corporate Finance
- Accounting for Lawyers
- U.S. Securities Law and Regulation
The “Foundations of Dispute Resolution” module introduces students to theory and practice across four dispute resolution topics:
- Dispute Resolution Survey
- Negotiation
- Mediation Advocacy
- International Business Arbitration
The “Foundations of Intellectual Property Law” module covers basic intellectual property law in four separate topics:
- Trade Secrets & Patents
- Copyright & Trademark
- Data Privacy Law
- IP for Startups
The “Foundations of International Business Law” module covers basic U.S. business law in four separate topics:
- International Mergers and Acquisitions
- International Business Transactions
- International Trade
- International Tax
